Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Little Lines mobile application operated by Little Fort Studios ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Little Lines, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Little Lines is a creative application that enables users to generate personalised colouring pages, educational worksheets, and AI-powered storybooks for children. The App uses artificial intelligence to transform photos and text prompts into child-friendly content.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of the App require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device’s app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Use the App to generate content that is offensive, violent, or sexually explicit
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers or networks
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Little Fort Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely for the purpose of generating content within the App. This licence terminates when your photos are deleted from our servers.

6.3 Generated Content

Colouring pages, storybooks, and other content generated by the App are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print and share generated content for personal purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

• Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfect
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it with children
• We continuously work to ensure generated content is age-appropriate and safe

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LITTLE FORT STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the United States, you may be entitled to bring claims in the courts of your state of residence.
