Delete Your Little Lines Account

Little Lines is operated by Little Fort Studios Ltd. If you would like to delete your Little Lines account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app or by contacting us by email.

Delete your account from within the app

1. Open the Little Lines app on your device
2. Tap the Settings icon
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Delete your account by email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@littlefortstudios.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following:

• Your account profile (name, email address, user ID)
• Any photos you uploaded to the app
• All colouring pages generated for you
• All personalised stories generated for you
• Your subscription record
• Your in-app activity history

What data is retained

Certain anonymised data may be retained for a limited period for legal, financial, and security reasons:

• Anonymised transaction records (where required by tax and accounting law) — retained for up to 7 years
• Anonymised crash and diagnostic logs — retained for up to 90 days

This retained data cannot be linked back to your identity.
